Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of HR/People Operations who will oversee all Human Resource operations ensuring a positive employee experience. In this newly created and visible role reporting to the CEO, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our company culture and driving organization through: designing and implementing people related processes, workflows, tools, systems to help scale for growth.
The successful candidate will thrive in a startup environment and have a “builders” mentality and be a self-starter who loves to dive in and roll up their sleeves to solve challenges, including:

\nResponsibilities:
The base annual compensation range being offered for this role depending on individual candidate level and experience is $180,000 to $220,000, and an opportunity to participate in equity ownership.
